Today we are joined by Dan Cockerell, a 27-year veteran Disney Cast Member and former Vice President of Magic Kingdom, to talk about the things he’s done and learned during his time at Walt Disney World. Dan started out in the Disney College Program working in the Epcot parking lot and eventually held Vice President positions at Epcot, Hollywood Studios, and Magic Kingdom. Over the years Dan has learned so much about leadership and operations, and he’ll talk with us about how he has motivated and inspired front-line cast members over the years as well as the things he is most excited about coming down the pike for Walt Disney World.
