Disney recently released an artist rendering of the what the new Star Wars themed land in Disneyland will look like. Additionally, they also released some details on their blog as to just a few of the things that would be featured in this new land. The expansion is slated to take place at the Disneyland resort in California as well as Disney’s Hollywood Studios theme park located at the Walt Disney World resort in Florida. The expansion, which broke ground in April of 2016 at Disneyland, is the largest themed land expansion that California park has ever seen.

As the official Disney blog points out, if you look at the featured artist rendering of Star Wars land, “you may find hints of some thrilling experiences that are coming – like the Millennium Falcon peeking out of one of the cargo bays, marking the location where guests will get the opportunity to pilot the fastest hunk of junk in the galaxy”.

It is unclear as to whether or not this rendering will resemble the Stars Wars land that is slated to be added to Disney’s Hollywood Studio in Florida or not, but it is successfully building up excitement among Disney fans and Star Wars fans alike as they start gearing up for these newest Disney additions on both coasts.
