On this week’s show, I finally get around to recapping a couple of recent trips my family and I took to Walt Disney World. Both trips contained some brand new experiences for us that I’ve been wanting to talk about and share with you here on the show. Some of the highlights were: staying at a Disney resort that we’d never stayed at before, getting to ride Tron: Light Cycle Run, experiencing an enjoyable new dining experience or two, and much more!

Episode 682 – My Favorite WDW Resort Hotels
On this week’s show, I’m counting down through a list of all 22 of the Disney-owned resort hotels in Walt Disney World as they appear on my list of favorites. Over the years, I have been fortunate enough to have the opportunity to stay at just about every one of the resort hotels on Disney property in the “Disney bubble”. I’ve also spent countless hours touring and enjoying many of these resort hotels even when I haven’t been staying at them. They all have something unique to offer Disney guests and they all contain that special Disney magic. However, many of these hotels have captivated me in various different ways, and I’ve accepted the task of putting them in order from my favorite #1 resort to my least favorite (but still pretty awesome) resort. Join me as I go through this list and talk about these things that makes each of these resorts unique and satisfying.

On this week’s show, we’re going back in time with audio from the Top 7 Must Sees at Walt Disney World and Must Do Disney, both hosted by Stacey Aswad. Since 2005, Disney fans have enjoyed seeing Stacey and her charismatic performances on the Walt Disney World Resort hotel TV station highlighting some of the top things to do in Walt Disney World. Earlier this year, Stacey announced that she was being replaced with different in-room programming. Episode 537 – Shades of Green
On this week’s feature discussion show, we’ll take a look at the Shades of Green resort in Walt Disney World. This resort has a history that goes all the way back to the early ’70’s when Disney owned the hotel and it was themed as a gold resort. I’ll also issue my review from my stay there this past weekend.
New resort hotel announced to be built on old River Country site
Disney has today officially announced its new Disney Vacation Club property to be built on Bay Lake between Disney’s Wilderness Lodge and Fort Wilderness Resort.
