Disney Springs continues to expand with more dining choices. Local central Florida restaurateurs James and Julie Petrakis, owners of The Ravenous Pig and Cask & Larder located in Winter Park, FL, are bringing a brand new restaurant known as The Polite Pig to Disney Springs in 2017. The new counter service restaurant will be located in the Town Center area of Disney Springs. The venue will be 5,000 square feet, and will be able to seat about 200 guests. The Polite Pig is expected to present various wood-fired smoked foods and grilled items as well. For drinks, they will offer a variety drinks on tap, wine, cocktails, and beer, which will include craft brewed beer from their sister restaurant Cask & Larder.
