As many of you who follow me on social media may know, I just returned from another one of our amazing family road trip adventures, where we spent a week and half driving around the country, seeing amazing sights from the Smokey Mountains to the Rocky Mountains and a ton of other things in between, and we did it all spontaneously making the plans up as we went.
